To encourage academic excellence for students and Midland Independent School District employees by providing funding not available through traditional local, state or federal sources.
To establish and maintain a sufficient endowment to provide consistent funds for Foundation projects.
To provide Midland ISD employees with opportunities to receive funds for pursuing career development efforts.
To provide opportunities for students to pursue a teaching career.
To inspire parents and community members to participate with the school district in enriching education.
